Welcome to our Fall 2024 Charleston Wrap Fundraiser!! Last year we were super successful with our Charleston Wrap Fundraiser and we are so excited to do it again. How do I register my child?
Follow the prompts after visiting registercw.com. Our organization ID is 26707. If you would like step-by-step instructions, you can visit here
What about siblings? Do they need separate accounts?
No! Once you register one child completely, you can click the + Add New button to add another sibling to the same account.
My kid says they earned prizes and haven't gotten them. What now?
There are three types of prizes. Instant internet prizes, which can be earned from creating an account and sharing the link to friends and family (and them opening the link). Daily Prizes are the Coop Crew and those are calculated from a report from Charleston Wrap. I run this report around 5-6 am, so if the purchase was done after that they should get it the next day. Lastly, there are the items sold prizes. These ship after the fundraiser is over. On the prize poster in their packet, they have a letter inside a black circle (A) (B), etc. These come later and are distributed a week or two after the fundraiser is over.
I've heard there are other incentives?
Yes! When our students earn $7,500 they get Extra Recess with Extra Fun (bubbles, music, etc.). At $15,000 they earn choice of Hot Cocoa or Cider at lunch (both will be offered). At $25,000 each student gets to throw a water balloon at Mrs Bull! In addition, when a class earns $750, we will bring a favorite coffee drink or soda drink to their teacher!
Why do we have fundraisers? What's the point?
Our PTO goes the extra mile for our school. Teachers can apply for mini-grants for learning materials that go beyond their budget. This year we have already expanded the grapheme books that K-1 use into 2nd grade through a mini-grant. We reimburse teachers up to $100 for classroom supplies. Last year we started providing snacks to our students during state testing week. Our community events, popcorn days, staff appreciation week, field day, dancing classrooms, and 5th grade camp funding are all under the PTO budget.
